Coaching is designed to be structured time for interaction. All coaching engagements begin with a face to face meeting, objective assessments and development of personal and/or professional goals. The timeline for the coaching is mutually agreed upon. Further interactions can be face to face, telephone, email or other electronic means. Appointments are schedule and agendas set complete with follow up.

A Coach Can: Mentoring is designed to provide the mentoree access to the mentor. The time consideration and amount of access is mutually agreed upon at the beginning of the engagement and can be negotiated as the engagement continues. Mentoring can be face to face, via telephone or electronic. Personal and professional goals and an informational questionnaire are completed at the initial interaction. Future interaction can be scheduled or arranged as needed.




Implementation Assistance/Project Management


By providing optional implementation assistance with our projects, we are kept honest. We are not about to recommend something that can’t be implemented. Our solutions are real!
